We back builders who think in decades, advise the few who ask us to, and hold what we believe in long enough for it to matter. There is no fund to raise and no quarter to make — only the work, done well, and the walk home afterward.

He was a golden retriever of uncommon good sense. He kept our hours, walked our trails, and set the house rule we still keep: go outside, pay attention, come home. The office carries his name so that we remember the standard.
